Cha-cha-changes...

Well, it's not likely that you will notice any, but posterous spaces is no longer in business, so I don't have a good "email to my blog" posting option any more.  I will have to go out looking for something new.  In the mean time, I can just do it straight from the website.  Not sure why I'm not a big fan of doing it that way, there really isn't anything much wrong with it.  Just habit I suppose.  Plus the old way would tweet & do FB status updates for me too.  I'm lazy.  I admit it.

And facebook kind of has me grumpy too.  All of my albums seem to have disappeared.  Some of them are still there.  It tells me I have 57 but I can only see like 10 of them.  Anybody know what's going on?

So the last time I wrote was right after Valentine's Day weekend.  The next weekend, I had the boys and we just hung out at the house.  Started them on Star Trek.  Wow, I forgot how long & dry the first one was.  And even now, having gotten through number 5, The Final Frontier, the special effects still seem pretty hoaky!  But they like them & they follow the storylines pretty well.

The next weekend, I went back up to Battle Creek.  Gadget had to work on Saturday, so I went shopping & spent part of my bonus.  Got some new bras & panties, that's always fun, as well as some sleep pants for 011.  Can't believe he's going to be 012 soon!  Saturday night after work, we went to the Dark Horse for pizza & beer.  We watched The Lucky One when we got back.  I hate tearjerkers!

Sunday we watched the Total Recall remake, it wasn't too bad.  Mostly just lazed around until it was time for me to go.

This past week, I started getting sick.  I so hate being sick.  And I was on maintenance shift, so I was working 0400-1300.   Which I don't mind the hours so much when I leave work on time.  Which I did.  And then went home & took naps each day cause I felt miserable.  Thursday I left early.  I was so cold I had goosebumps & shivering!  I still didn't feel well this weekend.  I managed to not snot up my massage girl Friday night, that was nice, and it felt so good.  I hurt all over.  The boys went swimming & stayed with my dad.  Gadget came down Saturday and that was so wonderful!  He is such a sweet guy, I am so blessed.  He mostly just ended up taking care of me!  He did re-patch my cover-up on the roof & helped me get the insurance company called, so I should know sometime this week what's going to happen to the roof.

Sunday was my brother Eric's birthday party, it was so nice to have him there with me.  And it was good to see Eric, and Dennis & Jo.  Dad still hasn't figured out how to not cook so much food, but  maybe he will get there.

And today, it's back to the grind!
