Straight & Narrow

So does anyone else see a problem with this?  Could this be part of the reason why we’ve lost our competitive edge?

Yes, this is an actual ruler I purchased for my kids’ school supplies. No, it did not go to school.  Maybe another reason why cheaper isn’t always better.
